Grand Canyon 07

We spent most of the day here and had the best time. The Grand Canyon is truly one of the world's most natural wonders!!! The view's are breathtaking and we could have spend days here wandering on trails.

Conorz 2K

Conor runs 1st 2k with his cousin Arden @ NAU in Flagstaff. Conor comes in 2nd; Arden comes in 1st! Wow good job for a spur of the moment race of a freezing day. Di and I ran with them but who is counting what # we came in.
